Company background
EOS Saunatechnik GmbH is based in Driedorf, in the German state of Hesse. The family behind it started in metalworking in 1944 and moved into sauna technology in the early 1970s. Harvia bought a majority stake in 2020 and has owned EOS outright since 2022, but EOS still designs and sells under its own name.
Inside the Harvia Group, EOS is the premium and project brand. Its heaters and controls tend to appear in spas, hotels, fitness clubs and architect-designed homes rather than in kit saunas.
Heater lines

| Euro, 46.U, P1 | Further EOS models for home and project use |
Controls
EOS makes its own control panels, including the EmoStyle and EmoTouch families, which are designed to match its heaters in commercial and residential projects. Because EOS belongs to Harvia, some components and service support overlap with Harvia's network.
Electric only
EOS does not make wood-burning stoves. Alongside heaters it also offers steam generators and infrared products. For a wood-fired sauna, look at Harvia, Narvi or IKI.
Buying EOS in North America
EOS has a US section on its website, and US retailers sell the Mythos S35, S45 and Invisio in 208/240 V versions. EOS is a smaller presence in Canada than Harvia or Finnleo, so ask a specialist sauna builder or the retailers listed on where to buy sauna heaters in Canada whether they can order it, and confirm the North American certification mark for the model.
Who chooses EOS
EOS makes sense when a heater is part of a design project: a hidden heater, a commercial-grade unit or a specific look the architect has drawn. For a standard home sauna, the parent brand Harvia covers similar needs with more models and more dealers. Design-led buyers usually compare EOS with HUUM and Tylö.
